At Garbarini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous transit markings.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
